Decrease Dustproblems

Dust is everywhere to a larger or lesser degree. In production area’s where a process of a more or less porous product happens, the problem with dust will appear in a considerable size.

The inconvenience with dust is well-known: Dry and irritated mucous membrane which can lead to headaches. That is the symptoms of a very dry and dusty production environment. The production material and the finish of the completed products can also be affected by dust.

By raising the humidity of the air in the production environment the dust particles will get heavy and what you will achieve is that the dust particles will become heavy and drop down to floor level. This will reduce the dust in the environment for people and products.

Lower productivity, worse finish and shorter lifetime on the machines can be some of the consequences in a dusty working environment.
